While we aim to provide accurate and helpful guidance, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by the client, and our advice relies on this information being reasonably accurate.
4. Estimates and Outcomes
Any estimated costs, savings, or performance outcomes provided by HomeEnergy Comfort are indicative only.
Actual outcomes may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

5. Third-Party Providers
HomeEnergy Comfort does not carry out installation work or supply products.
Any third-party providers (such as electricians, solar installers, or tradespeople) engaged by the client are selected at the client’s discretion.
We are not responsible or liable for:

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for all final decisions regarding upgrades, installations, and purchases.
Our role is to provide guidance and recommendations only.
We strongly encourage clients to:

Conduct their own due diligence before proceeding
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeEnergy Comfort shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from:

All services are provided in good faith as general guidance.
8. Fees and Payment
All services must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Fees are non-refundable once a service has been delivered, including consultations, reports, or advice.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion.
